8 weeks total
- 1st week: orientation & onboarding session + discovery of self-assessment
- 2nd - 7th week: PQ Bootcamp with PQ app and weekly group/individual online meetings
- 8th week: wrap-up session + exploration of next steps
What is your minimum time commitment:
- 15 minutes/day for practicing assisted with the PQ app – your daily gym session for your brain (PQ app free to download with the program)
- 30-60 minutes weekly group/individual coaching meetings to share, discuss and deepen your experience
- 1-hour weekly video training
